Copyright and takedown requests

SiliconDevKit respects the rights of copyright owners. If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, you can ask us to remove it. A request can name a single page, such as one app page or one shared template. It does not need to involve the rest of the site.

How to send a request

Email hi@silicondevkit.com with the subject "Copyright takedown request" and include:

• The web address (URL) of each page you want removed.
• What the work is and how you own it or act for the owner.
• Where the original work can be seen, if it is online.
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, the owner's agent or the law.
• A statement that the information in your request is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
• Your name, address, phone number and email address.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We review each request and remove or disable the page it names when it is valid. We may pass your request, with your contact details, to the person who published the content. We end the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, email the same address with the page's URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name, address and phone number, and your signature. We may restore the content if the original requester does not start a court action within 10 to 14 business days.

Apps that download videos

Some demo apps on this site, such as Toob-Downer, are tools that save videos from links you give them. They do not include anyone's videos. Use them only for content you own or have permission to save, and follow the terms of the site you download from.
